Simple and yummy! Love to go with rice or soup noodle!
Ingredients | 材料 :
- yield: 3-4 servings | 3-4人份
little olive oil | 少許橄欖油
2 garlic cloves, sliced | 2瓣大蒜，切片
several fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into 3 sections | 鮮蘆筍，修剪尾部，切成3段
Beef | 醬汁 :
little soy sauce, salt, sugar, pepper and water (wasabi, optional), mixed well
Steps | 做法:
- Bring water to a boil, add little oil and little salt, fold in asparagus and cook for about 15-30 seconds, take out and drain.
- In a wok or large skillet, stir-fry garlic slices with little olive oil until golden, dish aside. Fold in beef slices, stir-fry, until it starts changing color, put in sauce, stir fry, fold back in asparagus and garlic, stir well and dish. Serve hot with rice or noodle.
