Ingredients | 材料 :
  • yield: 3-4 servings | 3-4人份
12 sliced beef | 12片肥牛片
little olive oil | 少許橄欖油
2 garlic cloves, sliced | 2瓣大蒜,切片
several fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into 3 sections | 鮮蘆筍,修剪尾部,切成3段

Beef | 醬汁 :
little soy sauce, salt, sugar, pepper and water (wasabi, optional), mixed well 
少許醬油、幼鹽、糖、胡椒粉及小許水(可選加入芥末),混合均勻

  1. 把水燒開,加少許油和鹽,蘆筍煮約15-30秒,取出瀝乾。
  2. 放少許橄欖油在煎鍋中,加入蒜片略炒至兩面金黃,盛起待用。煎鍋平均放上牛肉片,直到它開始變色,反轉,放入醬汁。放回蘆筍和蒜片,混合,上碟。趁熱配米飯或麵條食用。

  1. Bring water to a boil, add little oil and little salt, fold in asparagus and cook for about 15-30 seconds, take out and drain.
  2. In a wok or large skillet, stir-fry garlic slices with little olive oil until golden, dish aside. Fold in beef slices, stir-fry, until it starts changing color, put in sauce, stir fry, fold back in asparagus and garlic, stir well and dish.  Serve hot with rice or noodle.
