How to cook spaghetti | 如何煮意大利麵條

Ingredients | 材料 :
  • Servings: 2 | 2人份
140~160g Spaghetti | 意大利麵條
2 litres Water | 水2公升
20g Salt | 鹽 (約水的1%)

  1. 用大鍋把水燒開。加入鹽。雙手握意大利麵條,輕輕的向內側扭放麵條入鍋,意大利麵條在鍋裡散開,用筷子將麵條弄入水中,煮麵條過程攪拌1~2次,煮至還有輕微硬度便可,瀝乾。
  2. 有了基本煮意大利麵條的小技巧,可以變化出不同的意大利麵食。


  1. Bring water to a boil in a big pot. Add salt. Hold spaghetti with both hands and slightly twist them in the middle, release both hands and spaghetti scatters apart like a blooming flower. Chopstick them down into the water and stir once or twice during cooking until al dente, drain.
  2. With the basic spaghetti skillset, you can turn this into many beautiful dishes.
