Banana mousse cup, a slight dessert for all time round!

  • Yield : 5 cups | 5杯

Ingredients | 材料:

1 big piece ripe banana | 熟透香蕉
250g whipping cream | 淡忌廉
  20g granulated sugar | 砂糖
      1 teaspoon cinnamon | 肉桂粉    
thin slices of banana put on top with little cinnamon powder (optional) | 放1-2薄薄香蕉片再灑上肉桂粉(可選)

  1. Beat whipping cream and sugar until soft peak forms
  2. Add rum (optional), slightly beat
  3. Mash banana
  4. Fold in mashed banana and cinnamon powder to the whipped cream, scrapper well
  5. Apportion into cups
  6. Chill in fridge for at least 2 hours until set and cold enough
  7. Slice thin pieces banana on top and/or sprinkle little cinnamon powder (optional) before serving
