Ingredients | 材料:

2 pieces scallops | 大帆立貝2粒
2 gloves garlic, grated | 蒜兩瓣切碎
5g butter | 牛油
little pepper | 小許胡椒粉
1 slice of lemon, optional | 檸檬一片(可選)

  1. Defrost scallops, wipe dry, marinade with little pepper
  2. Sprinkle little cornflour on both sides of scallops
  3. Heat the pan and add 1 teaspoon of oil, pan fry both sides until medium over high heat, fold in butter and garlic when pan fry the other side of scallop
  4. Sprinkle with little sea salt, serve with a few drops of lemon juice (optional)
  1. 帆立貝解凍,抹乾,樸上少許胡椒粉
  2. 煎前樸上小許栗粉
  3. 放平底煎鍋大火煎兩面至半熟,其間反轉煎另一面時加入牛油和蒜
  4. 灑上小許海鹽,伴小許檸檬汁共吃(可選)
